1.1 - Data Handling **This describes how data is stored and handled Data for Nyaru and the website is stored in a range of countrys, these are, Germany and England. Your data is used for several reasons:

• Personalisation

• Customisation And possibly a few more, as described a bit further on. Your data is only accessible by the bot admins, Nyaru owners and the trusted developers, each of these people have valid reasons to be accessing your data and only have specific granted access to each segement of data. Data is always sent over a secure connection, usually using the latest SSL version, so generally we use SSL * HTTPS, more later. Data is only taken for a few services on Nyaru:

• Special commands (action & counters)

• Guild Config (when you configurate nyaru) (Stored for 14 days incase of accidental deletion)

• Giveaways (Up-to 14 days after the giveaway ends)

• And a few more, but these are the main ones

1.2 - Data Security **This describes data security in place Data security is our priority for you, hence we take it into our own hands to ensuren your data stays with us, We use several methods:

• HyperText Transfer Protocol [Secure] (HTTPS)

• Secure Socket Layer (SSL)

• Secure Shell (SSH) All of these use an encryption type of such, and if something, like a testing server, does not have encryption, we will always ensure to setup appropriate firewalls. Data is never sold, given or traded to third party companys, however may be used, by NYARU for NYARU's statistics. Nyaru will never share any personal information you give us, with an exception of in some commands, they may show your discord account name, so no information people didn't and couldn't already know. Data is stored behind several stages of encryption.

1.3 - Data Access **This category describes the access different people in Nyaru have access to data Only people whom have a need to access your data, have , and have restricted, access to it, they are monitored by the Admin team and databases are tracked.

2.1 - Data Requests By emailing one of Nyaru's admins you can start a process of requesting your data (see 1.1 for how long data is saved). This process is a long one. HOWEVER you cannot request data to be deleted before 14 days of Nyaru being removed from a server

2.2 - Data Breaches In the event of a data breach, Nyraru will alert everyone whos data has been effected, however it should be known we don't store passwords or things like that, so there isn't much an attacker can do.

3.1 - DMCA Takedown In the case of a DMCA takedown against any part of the bot, we will:

• Alert you, the user, off the takedown

• Engage in friendly conversation with the claiment.

• Take action on the claim.

3.2 - DMCA We follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to ourselves and we will not allow or store any data, images, videos, links or anything else that is known for being against the DMCA laws, as that puts ourselves liable, However, you must understand what you post is your responsibility, we will not become liable for your messages, only for our content.

4.1 - Terms of Usage By using Nyaru discord bot, you agree:

• To not perform any action to attempt to interfere with the bot in any way

• To not perform action that may jepordise some part of the bot

• To not save innappropriate images to any saving system of Nyaru And to mainly follow common sense when using the bot. And you agree too:

• Publicly accessible data being stored by Nyaru for personalisation (More in the 1x section) And that if we find anyone or anything abusing the Nyaru system, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO BLOCK SAID ACCOUNT FROM NYARU TO THE DURATION WE FEEL CORRECT.
